In order to speed up their internet access, AOL uses a special process called "proxy cache". (No, there won't be a quiz on this tomorrow.) As a result, it may take up to 24 hours before AOL has the most current copy of a web page available. If it seems like a page is out of date, particularly if the bridge scores are still showing last weeks results, here is what you can do to "force" AOL to give you the most current page: Hold down your control key <CTRL> on your keyboard while you click on the REFRESH button. The refresh button is shown below (depending upon the version of AOL you use, your screen may look like one of the following):
